Alvarez & Marsal Capital completed the acquisition of Carton Pack from 21 Invest.

Alvarez & Marsal Capital, a multi-strategy private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Carton Pack, a manufacturer of packaging designed to serve the food industry, from 21 Invest, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to 21 Invest, Carton Pack has been able to further strengthen its leadership in the Italian market and also expand its presence in foreign markets becoming an international player in its reference segment. We are sure that the partnership with AMCE will allow our group to accelerate its growth also through M&A transactions in Europe," Gianni Leone, Carton Pack CEO.
