Alvarez & Marsal Capital, a multi-strategy private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Carton Pack, a manufacturer of packaging designed to serve the food industry, from 21 Invest, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to 21 Invest, Carton Pack has been able to further strengthen its leadership in the Italian market and also expand its presence in foreign markets becoming an international player in its reference segment.
