Adelis to acquire Diakrit.

Adelis, a Nordic private equity firm focused on the Nordic mid-market, agreed to acquire Diakrit, a real estate technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Diakrit was seeking a partner to help accelerate our international growth and support the company’s continued development.
