Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational industrial company, completed the acquisition of Lewa, a manufacturer of diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps as well as customized metering systems and production units, and Geveke, an Earth works company, from Nikkiso, a machine industry company, for $733m. “LEWA has a long tradition of supporting customers and developing leading industrial flow technology for efficient, precise and safe handling of fluids.
