Wacker Neuson to acquire Enar Group.

Wacker Neuson, a firm that manufactures light and heavy equipment for construction, landscaping, agriculture, recycling, energy, and rail industries, agreed to acquire Enar Group, a manufacturer of light construction equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of the Enar Group, we have found the ideal way to expand our offering in the rapidly growing concrete technology market. Enar products are excellently positioned and the company has established strong market access, creating highly promising opportunities for our Group,” Alexander Greschner, Wacker Neuson Chief Sales Officer.
