Wacker Neuson, a firm that manufactures light and heavy equipment for construction, landscaping, agriculture, recycling, energy, and rail industries, agreed to acquire Enar Group, a manufacturer of light construction equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of the Enar Group, we have found the ideal way to expand our offering in the rapidly growing concrete technology market.
