MFE, an operator of television broadcasting, television production, signal broadcasting management, and music production businesses, offered to acquire the remaining 44.31% stake in Mediaset España Comunicación, a broadcasting television company, for $855m. “The idea of strengthening the geographical areas, where MFE- MEDIAFOREUROPE is already leader, has always been at the basis of the creation of the pan- European television holding company.
