Synopsis

Edit

Private equity firms MBO and Eurazeo, and Bpifrance, a French public investment bank, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Praxedo, a field service management software developer. Financial terms are not disclosed. "While we have been self-financed since the company’s creation, we decided to look for a minority partner to help us structure the company and accelerate our international development. After meeting with several private equity funds and studying several options, we chose to partner with MBO’s teams who are aligned with our corporate culture and strong human values. MBO also shares our ambition for growth; it will undoubtedly be a strategic and trusted partner at our side," Jean de Broissia, Praxedo CEO.
