Lighthouse Property completed the acquisition of Torrecárdenas from Bogaris Retail for $188m.

Lighthouse Property, a South African investment fund, completed the acquisition of Torrecárdenas, a shopping center, from Bogaris Retail, a provider of real estate services, for $188m. The asset comprises more than 60k sqm of gross leaseable area; 20k sqm correspond to the retail park and 40k sqm to the shopping center. It also has a car park with capacity for three thousand spaces.
