Tinexta-backed Warrant Hub completed the acquisition of Enhancers for $17m.

Tinexta-backed Warrant Hub, a provider of concessional finance and consulting services, completed the acquisition of Enhancers, a developer of digital software products, for $17m. “In line with what we stated a few days ago in the 22-24 Three-Year Business Plan, the Enhancers acquisition confirms Tinexta's M&A strategy, aimed at completing the offer of our business units.
