Bastide Le Confort Médical, a specialist in home healthcare services, completed the acquisition of Medpro Respiratory Care, a respiratory care operators in Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction also enables Groupe Bastide to build up its first bridgehead in North America, one of the areas where it plans to strengthen its position, particularly in respiratory care, in order to diversify its locations, stakeholders and business models. Medpro Respiratory Care will be managed by the current founders and executives.
