Etisalat Group and ADQ completed the acquisition of a 57% stake in Starzplay Arabia.

Etisalat, a telecommunication corporation, and ADQ, a holding company, completed the acquisition of a 57% stake in Starzplay Arabia, a provider of media streaming services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Starzplay Arabia is a leading video-streaming platform in MENA. This acquisition is a major milestone for E-Vision and will be a catalyst for the newly formed e& life consumer digital vertical in e&.
