UFP Technologies completed the acquisition of Advant Medical.

UFP Technologies, a designer and custom manufacturer of components, subassemblies, products and packaging utilizing highly specialized foams, films, and plastics primarily for the medical market, completed the acquisition of Advant Medical, a developer and manufacturer of medical equipment and packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to be joining forces with Advant, our third major acquisition in six months.
