Brookfield Asset Management, a Canadian alternative investment firm, completed a $263m investment in Jindal Poly Films, a provider of flexible plastic films and non-woven fabrics products. Jindal Poly said the investment will enable it to accelerate its diversification into new businesses, while increasing profitability and growth prospects for its packaging business unit.
