Saltchuk-backed NorthStar Energy to acquire CityServiceValcon from Oaktree and Westfall.

Saltchuk-backed NorthStar Energy, a business operating unit, agreed to acquire CityServiceValcon, a distributor of fuel, propane and lubricants, from investment managers Oaktree and Westfall.
