Centratama completed the acquisition of EPID Menara AssetCo from EdgePoint.

Centratama, an internet service provider, completed the acquisition of EPID Menara AssetCo, an operator of telecommunication towers, from EdgePoint, an operator of telecommunications tower infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As a company offering one-stop telecommunications solutions, Centratama Group is continuously seeking opportunities to grow our telecommunications tower portfolio.
