Kimmeridge-backed Chestnut Carbon completed the acquisition of Forest Carbon Works.

Kimmeridge-backed Chestnut Carbon, an operator of nature-based carbon offset platform, completed the acquisition of Forest Carbon Works, a provider of development services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
