Arcadis Cz's management compketed the acquisition of Arcadis Czech Republic from Arcadis, a design, engineering and management consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are only changing the company name. A team with over 100 employees based in Prague and Bratislava remains and continues on the ongoing projects. Grinity took over the comprehensive local clients and project portfolio of Arcadis to implement all commitments towards our clients and continue with the dynamic development of our cooperation. At the same time, we will keep the current successful collaboration with Arcadis on the existing and new projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the CEE region.
