The Jordan Company-backed Heartland Home Services completed the acquisition of National Heating and Air Conditioning Company for $16m.

The Jordan Company-backed Heartland Home Services, a provider of non-discretionary, residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, completed the acquisition of National Heating and Air Conditioning Company, a provider of heating and cooling services, for $16m.
