Trustar Capital completed the acquisition of Salion Foods.

Trustar Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Salion Foods, a company which specializes in the R&D, manufacturing and distribution of compound condiment and basic food ingredients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Investment in Salion continues to demonstrate our commitment in the stable and growing Chinese food and beverage industry.
