Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet completed the acquisition of Urban Bonfire.

Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, a manufacturer of world-class appliances and cabinetry for outdoor cooking and entertaining, completed the acquisition of Urban Bonfire, a provider of outdoor kitchen and entertainment solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
