Barentz International to acquire Unipex.

Barentz International, a global life science ingredients distributor, agreed to acquire Unipex, a French distributor of life science ingredients and specialty chemicals. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Unipex has a very strong position in the heart of the European life science ingredients market, with the focus on France.
