Sweco to acquire Stema Rådgivning from OBOS.

Sweco, a firm that offers consulting, engineering services, technology, and architecture, agreed to acquire Stema Rådgivning, a provider of engineering consulting services, from OBOS, a real estate service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Stema becomes part of Sweco, we will be able to provide even stronger support to our clients in the Norwegian market and support their transition to more sustainable operations. I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Sweco colleagues,” Åsa Bergman, Sweco President and CEO.
