Intercontinental Exchange to invest in tZERO Group.

Intercontinental Exchange, an operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of mortgage technology, data and listings services, agreed to invest in tZERO Group, a provider of blockchain innovation and liquidity for digital assets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
