Sharon Laboratories to acquire the cosmetic ingredients unit of B&C.

Sharon Laboratories, a developer, producer and marketer of preservatives for the personal care product industry, agreed to acquire the cosmetic ingredients unit of B&C, a specialty producer and supplier to the cosmetic and food segment.
