Waterland-backed EMPWR, a manufacturer of high protein bars, completed the acquisition of Noble Food Nutrition, a medium-sized bar manufacturers, from Novocap, a laboratory dedicated to the research, development, and manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
