Allied Universal-backed G4S, a security services provider, completed the acquisition of Total Security Services, a provider of security services, with industry leading talent, expertise and market coverage. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Allied Universal is the global leader in security services with a long and successful track record of organic and inorganic growth.
