Harris Computer-backed ACCEO Solutions completed the acquisition of UNICOM.

Harris Computer-backed ACCEO Solutions, an IT company supporting management, accounting, and e-business development solutions, completed the acquisition of UNICOM, a provider of innovative ERP software for trucking and distribution industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to bring UNICOM employees into the ACCEO team and are extremely proud to add their software to our management solutions portfolio.
