Invenergy to acquire Alisios.

Invenergy, a global company for the development and operation of private sustainable energy projects, agreed to acquire Alisios, a Brazilian wind farm operation and services company focusing on wind park commissioning, operation and maintenance, inspection and both large and small repairs of turbines.
