Telepass and FAI Service to acquire eurotoll from Abertis.

A consortium of investors including Telepass and FAI Service agreed to acquire eurotoll, an electronic toll collection service company from Abertis Infrastructure, toll road management services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation has an important strategic value for eurotoll, which will further strengthen its position on the European Commercial Road Transport market.
