HP completed the acquisition of Poly for $3.3bn.

HP, a product, technologies, software provider, completed the acquisition of Poly, a firm that designs and manufactures lightweight communications headsets, telephone headset systems, and other communications endpoints, for $3.3bn. “The rise of the hybrid office creates a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine the way work gets done. On June 23, 2022, Poly announced stockholder approval of HP acquisition.
