Chalo completed the acquisition of Vogo from Matrix Partners.

Chalo, a developer of a transport application, completed the acquisition of Vogo, an operator of an online scooter renting platform, from Matrix Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This will enable crores of bus users to easily travel to and from bus stops, and further boost bus ridership as it becomes more convenient to take a bus,” Chalo.
