Telekom Slovenije to acquire Actual IT from DBA Group for $23m.

Telekom Slovenije, a telecommunications operator, agreed to acquire Actual IT, a Slovenian company, from DBA Group, an Italian diversified holding firm, for $23m. Telekom Slovenije will acquire 2m Actual IT shares, with the transaction expected to be completed within the next six months subject to the fulfillment of several closing conditions. The transaction will allow Telekom Slovenije to strengthen its position on the Slovenian ICT market and generate important synergies.
