Medius completed the acquisition of OnPay Solution.

Medius, a provider of AP automation solutions, payment automation, fraud and risk detection, completed the acquisition of OnPay Solution, an invoice payments provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "OnPay Solutions is a payments-led solution that has built deep, enduring relationships with its clients over the last decade.
