LetsGetChecked to acquire Veritas Genetics and Veritas Intercontinental.

LetsGetChecked, a global healthcare solutions company, agreed to acquire Veritas Genetics, a personal genomics startup, and Veritas Intercontinental, a genome and exome sequencing based analyses and genetic services provided.
