Redarbor completed the acquisition of a 76.2% stake in InfoJobs Brazil from Adevinta.

Redarbor, a business holding company that creates, promotes and invests in Internet businesses, completed the acquisition of a 76.2% stake in InfoJobs Brazil, a developer of an online platform catering to recruitment and education sector, from Adevinta, a provider of Internet based services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “InfoJobs Brazil has seen incredible growth in recent years, developing into the leading jobs marketplace in the country. The sale to Redarbor will also enable Adevinta to focus on the next stage of our growth, as we continue to build momentum in our five core European markets.
