Actis completed the acquisition of Uluğ Energy Distribution and Retail Services from Limak Investment.

Actis, a global sustainable infrastructure investor, completed the acquisition of Uluğ Energy Distribution and Retail Services, an electricity distribution firm and provider of retail services, from Limak Investment, an investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have concluded our transaction with the Limak Group enabling us to purchase Uluğ along with its electricity distribution and retail businesses operating in the South Marmara Region of Turkey.
