CAPZA, an established European private investment platform focused on small & mid cap companies, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Wirfirst, an Ofcom registered UK Communications Provider supporting businesses with a variety of technical challenges and projects: guest and business WiFi. Financial terms were not disclosed.
