Maj Invest completed the acquisition of Berar Finance.

Maj Invest, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Berar Finance, a financial servies company. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition to providing capital for the company to grow, Maj Invest will also contribute to corporate governance of the company as well as promote a positive impact on the environment with the strategic introduction of electric vehicle financing in the long term.
