UnityLab completed the acquisition of Hoffman-New Yorker.

UnityLab, a technology enabled manufacturer of commercial appliances for small businesses, completed the acquisition of Hoffman-New Yorker, a manufacturer of presses and electric boilers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to establish the new headquarters of UnityLab in Sullivan County.
