Brand Architekts Group completed the acquisition of InnovaDerma for £13m.

Brand Architekts Group, a cosmetics company, completed the acquisition of InnovaDerma, a cosmetics manufacturer, for £13m. "The Merger makes strong strategic sense for both parties, delivering an improved portfolio of core brands that we can scale, as well as cost synergies. The structure of the deal means that the enlarged group will retain a very strong balance sheet. We look forward to welcoming our new shareholders to the register in due course," Roger McDowell, Brand Architekts Chairman.
