Schneider Electric completed the acquisition of J&K Regeltechnik.

Schneider Electric, a company in digital transformation of energy management and automation, completed the acquisition of J&K Regeltechnik, an independent building automation service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. After many years of successful cooperation, the two companies are joining forces to further drive the digital transformation in building automation and thus the "Buildings of the Future", i.e. smart buildings, neighborhoods and cities. The aim is to offer turnkey building management solutions and to further strengthen the target segments in important German metropolitan regions and cities such as Rhine-Main, Frankfurt, and Munich, among others.
