Vista Global to acquire the private aviation services platform of Jet Edge.

Vista Global, a private aviation group, agreed to acquire the private aviation services platform of Jet Edge, a provider of aircraft management and charter management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Our Members will now get access to an extensive global fleet, programs, services and a network able to fly them anywhere in the world.
