Geodis to acquire Keppel Logistics from Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation for $59m.

Geodis, a transport and logistics company, agreed to acquire Keppel Logistics, a logistics company, from Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation, a provider of logistics and data center services, for $59m. “The acquisition of Keppel Logistics will mark a key milestone in Geodis’ Asia-Pacific ambitions. Keppel Logistics is a well-established regional player, with a strong focus on innovation.
