ITOCHU Techno-Solutions to acquire a 49% stake in Megazone.

ITOCHU Techno-Solutions, a Japanese systems integrator based in Kasumigaseki, agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Megazone, an AWS premier tier service partner. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is aimed at responding to the sophistication and diversification of hybrid cloud services that are expected in Japan as well as the expansion of the AWS business at CTC.
