DTGen, a power plant equipment supplier, completed the acquisition of sales and projects division of Power Electrics Generators, a provider of diesel and gas generators. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting development for our business, and for the wider generator industry. We’re creating a truly national generator business of scale, and this deal will accelerate our expansion throughout the UK," Paul Moore, DTGen Chairman.
