The Maurin Group, a real estate investment firm, completed the acquisition of RMotion, a car distribution group, for €23m. RMotion located in the Spanish cities of Barcelona and Madrid. RMotion, a family player, operates Ford, Nissan, Suzuki, Mazda and Honda dealerships in Barcelona and three Ford sites northeast of Madrid.
