Toyota Industries completed the acquisition of viastore.

Toyota Industries, a firm that manufactures and sales of textile machinery, materials handling equipment, automobiles and automobile parts, completed the acquisition of viastore, a Germany-based logistics system integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through collaboration with viastore, Toyota Industries aims to further expand its business by providing customers with a wide range of solutions that utilize viastore's integration capabilities to meet logistics automation needs primarily in the European and North American market.
