CPC Diagnostics completed the acquisition of Boditech Med.

CPC Diagnostics, a laboratory equipment supplier, completed the acquisition of Boditech Med, a biotechnology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Boditech is already globally recognized as a leader in POCT products, and we are thrilled to be taking over the i-chroma business portfolio in India.
