Zehnder Group to acquire Filtech.

Zehnder Group, an international provider of complete solutions for a healthy indoor climate, agreed to acquire Filtech, an air filter manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Filtech, the Zehnder Group is acquiring a long-standing, reliable supplier of high-quality air filters. In addition to its headquarters and a production facility in the Dutch municipality of Udenhout, the company also has two other production sites in Modane, France and Rancate-Mendrisio, Switzerland. The highly automated production facilities serve a variety of markets, with key customers in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sectors.
