Attendo, a healthcare services company, completed the acquisition of Henkilöstöpalvelu Silkkitie, a recruitment and training firm. Financial terms were not dislosed. "We have worked for a long time with international recruitment and training in the country of origin. We currently employ around 25 Finnish language teachers, in addition to which we employ a number of recruiters and trainers. The business transaction concluded with Attendo enables the expansion of operations. Enabling growth requires strong and wide-ranging recruitment expertise and well-established practices.
