Audax to acquire Monarch Landscape from One Rock Capital.

Audax, a provider of financial services, agreed to acquire Monarch Landscape, a provider of commercial landscaping services, from One Rock Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Monarch has created a distinctive approach to customer service and built a proprietary training program that has driven significant contributions to the Company’s labor retention and productivity rates.
